Each order is delivered in a box and a dinh van bag.

Returns and exchanges:
For all return requests, please contact our customer service at info@dinhvan.fr. The item(s) must be delivered in their original packaging, complete (accessories, instructions...), accompanied by the return form carefully filled in (with the desired jewel or size), a copy of the invoice and the certificate of authenticity. Exchanges cannot be made at one of our retailers.
